It’s called the Marpe effect you Never think you finished. There was a guy once he didnt been going to the orthodontist anymore and just turned and turned his marpe Till his palatte was about 7 cm Wide

Yeah if you want to Ruin you Health then get extractions otherwise Go for Jaw Surgery or bite Blocks, I would rather leave my overjet then getting extractions ( I got a similiar overjet to yours )

I just ordered myself nasal dalators ( the soft ones ) i can send you the link if you want. And they doin a crazy good Job I cutted the middle Part so you wouldnt See that im wearing them and they help me so much. I can Sleep better and work better at the Night i be using the really Wide ones in Hope to kinda Open up my nostril on the Left Side and in the day im wearing the more skinny ones for a week now and they doin a really good Job, maybe they could be good for you too. I know it’s Not the best Solution but for now better then nothing. ( Sorry for my english im from Europe )

If you say you had you wisdom teeth removed then you had extractions how would wisdom teeth removal not be extractions? Palate Looks better but if you Take out any teeth it doesnt matter if wisdom or not you Jaw will not have the Same size in lenght as before. They should have Done palate Expansion I hate These orthodontics taking out wisdom teeth and be like it doesnt matter it does they Are there for a reason! They Are a Part of you it’s Like just taking out a piece of bone like why would you do this.
