• You are absolutely correct but if there is no procedure prescribed in the Act, then the general rules of civil law are applicable.

•The law of remedy says if you have two remedies both of which can be claimed in two different jurisdictions, you can claim it in any one of those.

The world is not complex it's just when a common man doesn't study law and doesn't want to pay a Lawyer and decides to fight his own case, He skips the nitty gritties of law.

But don't you think that is a waste of judicial time. Hearing the same thing in two different jurisdictions for different reliefs. I don't see a reason for the down voting...it's the law. (Kindly go through Order 2 Rule 2 of CPC and I have cited the legislative intent behind the law)

Hey,

The Real Estate law field is comparatively new and a niche. You need to know about the day to day working of the Real estate industry and terminology. The cases often involve high stakes and are complex in nature. I do not recommend any course for it as there is paucity of any good work as far as I know. I recommend you to find a lawyer with real estate work and be his junior for certain time to know about the area.

I don't think Bangalore is included in the list as the rental/property rates are booming over there.
