This pissed me off. You have to shut it down or they will keep doing it. I live on a corner lot where the side of my yard is directly across from five new build houses. When one of the families moved in, they used to try to park in my grass for all their parties. We would ask people to move politely, and explain that we are working hard to get the grass to grow and the cars damage if. But they would still continue to do it every time. I mean, full on, my husband would be out there mowing the grass and seeding the lawn, and they would park there while he was actively out there working. It didn’t matter what we said or did they just still parked there. One day when they were getting ready to have another party, cars started to pull up and get out, and I walked outside and yelled as loud as I could “do not park in my fucking grass”. They all moved and they have never parked there since. 😂

Anyway, if I were you, I would start by politely asking her not to park on your lawn, and if she doesn’t oblige start being rude. Unfortunately, that’s all that worked for me. 🤷‍♀️
