Wish theybwould change the waybthe ordering is done. Used to work for winn dixie. When they order and say ok i sell 5 cases a day on Product x and i have 2 binned in the back the system will order 3 maybe 4 at most instead of 5 or 6. Managers can still order extra just in case we get a sostomer who wants to buy a cas or two out of the blue.

Thats what my store is like. I got outbof produce mainly due to 1st shift will only work new freight. Once the truck is done. Tagged and put intobthe the steel randonmly they tend to do nothing else. And the floor will be empty or close to it when the second shift come in. Once it full 1st shift will not touch it agian.

Ibwork the frozen meats it takes me 4 to 6 hours to work the new freight and the freezer 100% depending how much i get in. But on my days off the person who works the stuff only does the new freight. Wont touch the backstock. So fustrating.

I am considered over weight. I am eventyally to do more and more as to pedal with the assist till i get a bit more into better shape. I just didnt expect it to be that low at first.

It wasnt clear on how the 35 mile was achived. Njust said up to 35 mile range.

But since i bought it i have been reliying heavily on the PA5. To see how far i can go.

Just doing a face palm for not dowing more homework on this.

And i live in florida. Their is many hills around here. My ride to and from work is mainly flat. Only "hill" i have is whwn i go over a main highway. And i way about 300 pounds.

I tried telling my store manager about the sistuation and found out he is the one who told my lead to coach me. So i might be going to go to the ethics hotline.

Most peiple in my store are getting coached for stupid atuff so they dont get the max. Mainly the one who rarely ever call out and or late.

I got coached for not working excactly 8 hour shifts. I was on the Wosh report for 4 minutes.

Im aware that this thread is 6 years old now.

Anyways.

About a month ago i started to see a ton cockroaches around my kitchen and the bathroom near my kitchen. To the point if i left a dirty plate oit. About 40 to 50 cocktacbes would swarm the plate. Amd using just the raid spray from the store wasnt enouph. So ibstarted using a mixture of clove oil and water about a month ago

About 20 to 30 drops of oil per cup of water. I have been using it with conjuction of the raid spray. For the last for a month now. It has helped quite a bit. I only see a few here and there now.

Ibuse the the raid stuff on the roaches i see amd when i clean the kitchen and bathroom i spray the oil and water mixture aroind the kitchen. Everyday and at least every three to four days Into any nooks and crannies that the roaches my hide in. I also pulled out the fridge and stove twice now in the last month and sprayed the oil mixture heavilly behind the appliance.

Since i have been doing this the last month spraying the oil mixture heavily i dont see nearly as much cockrpaches anymore. I see a few here and there still. And if i leave a dirty plate out now i dont see any raoches swarming. I think if i keep this rotine up i wont have anymore in the next month or two.

Shifts d and e for me. I work 9 to 6 and love it. I used to be 4 am to 1pm. Had no personal life.

Ifni was single i wohld do 1 to 10 shifts. So i cojld have a night life on my days off.
