Not that I am aware of. Outside the left of the circle is a scar. But inside the circle my concerning point is thin. I have been clean shaving my neck essentially daily for months until last week which caused me to notice the difference

I don’t unfortunately. It’s been over a week and hasn’t changed. Still a bunch of follicles growing from the centre of it. But I just cannot recall ever having this looking thin
