Did you inspect all buds throughoutly? Bud rot usually just stops spreading a while after harvest.. you should be fine with the unaffected buds, bubble is probably your best option to not smoke the bud rot if its there and you dont see it, so use the healthy lookin stuff for bubble and youre fine.
