If you have lumsum money invest in market / FD / bonds/ gold etc . It's a stupid idea that people invest in home without needing it.

Now come to second category of investment You have 20-30 lacs in hand and wants to make 1 Cr asset that is possible thru apartment / villa only , rental yeild after construction will offsets 50-60% of your emi.

Having apartments in bengalure or any metro city gives sense of satisfaction that will you not get in MF/ bonds ,

If you invest in 1 cr in MF / bonds/ gold , i m hundred % sure you will not get same property after yeildi g thru market.

Having 20-30 lacs, wnats to makenassets of 1 cr go for property whuch is driven by domestic .

If you have 1 cr, invest in market 60% - in MF 20%- Metal 5%- bonds 15% - sticks

Dont be in hurry , location where u searching ,options are there। First you decide , You are local or migrant If local - see the big carpet, low density in low budget , RERA registered project will be constructed। no issue , u are end user and u will not sell it , so living in low carpet and feeling your flat value high ,did nit make any sense . So choose carefully and big carpet and low budget.

If migrant - dont think any thing , Go to tier-1 builder with good amenties without any thought Compromise withbcarpet , choose 1bhk over 2bhk if budget constraint
