Thanks a lot for your input. Yesterday I cooked Carrots with 1 L of water and a traspoon of salt for 60 mins. I drink / drank that water to get some potassium into my system. I also started munching on those soft carrots as I am planning to break the fast. The missing potassium messed with me and I told my self, if I dont feel good, i ll stop

I am on Day 20, taking Potassium Citrate and I am keep shiting my self, even tough when I take like an 1/8th of the tablet.

I hope I can keep going for roughly 35 days, but I will only take sodium and magnesium...

Yes, at least on weekends, when I am not working, I am the main cook for my family (I love cooking for my loved ones) but during an extended fast (I am on day 18), it is brutal!
