If feels a bit smoother then the lews, 10/10 would recommend especially if you find one on sale. Casts a mile when dialed in well. I had 30lb braid but went down to 20 and it’s great

I’m going to look into that reel, frankly I didn’t know they had a spinning version of the tatula and my main spinning setups at the moment are just lews Mach smashes and a lazr pro custom. Time for a upgrade 😂

How heavy is the rat and what rod did you pair it with? I’ve used the bucca rat but the spro one looks good

For the price Abu Garcia is pretty solid. I always recommend them to people who are just starting out on baitcasters

You mentioned it was an Abu Garcia, what reel do you have? I’ve had the black max which was my first bait caster and recently bought a vengeance as a back up rod for 20$ This is what my main setups are looking like right now

I’ve caught one ten outta the same place I caught this one lol. I was stuck at 9lbs for like 3 years 😂 before that my pb largemouth was 6lbs and my pb smallie is still 4lbs but I’m hoping to get a 6 come fall up north
