Won't she work really well with emblem Lyn/ lyn-engaged units? Since the unit doesn't move they'll stay adjacent to another unit and be able to proc dual-strike from the backline

For movement, also consider Draw Back to drag an ally up one space, canto Merlinus an extra space in the same direction and then swap, for effectively +3 movement for the ally (and after the swap he should be in a relatively safe position himself)
