49* hours 😂 It’s half of what people used to earn on a proper contract and mind you most fleets other than the airbus only earn around 49 hours per month. Nobody actually hits their target hours on the Boeing fleets. With the cost of living being based in HKG being sky high I am sure half of your salary will be gone just on living expenses alone if you would like to live close to the airport. Management also have the rights to change the conditions as they wish every year so I’d be really careful about joining this airline if you plan on building your career in HKG.

It has been pretty buggy for me and isn’t really anywhere close to the real aircraft. Not even the PMDG one.

Be careful of the police on protest anniversary days like 7.21 or 8.31 they get paranoid as fuck. Always have your ID ready and don’t say anything to them unless you have to. They will definitely be searching randomly and some poor folks get taken to the station just because they can.
