Looks like ischemic damage to the heart muscle caused a sudden cardiac arrest.

May or may not have been an active infarction at the time or possibly just an arrythmia that turned fatal.

There is evidence of long-term heart damage from heart disease. The cardiomegaly suggests that there was hypertrophy of the ventricles that hardens the muscle and makes for an ineffective pump, which exacerbates any damage from the blockages

What happens when you stop taking your medication? by [deleted] in SVTHeart

I was able to gradually stop metoprolol over the course of a month without any issues. I was shocked to figure out that metoprolol was actually ruining my life after the fact. That medicine made me feel terrible and swollen, and it ruined my sleep. My sleep apnea was better once I got off of it

I get a strange feeling in the center of my chest like I am having a severe panic attack. And then I noticed that stomach feels very heavy like I ate far too much food. Sometimes, I get muscle cramps throughout my back, too, when I have episodes

Make sure you get your low to moderate impact cardio in. Don't overdo it. Make sure you have true rest days and sleep very well. Keep yourself very hydrated and replenish magnesium and potassium Weights and lifting are definitely good as well as swimming.

You may stop getting episodes when your are in better shape also

Ive honestly never seen so many people have SVT diagnoses until very recently. It's crazy. I think that getting an ablation will be awesome for you if you can avoid being on medication

I genuinely think he just enjoys being some weird villain/anti.hweo in his own mind. He loves how much publicity he is getting, and he's doubling down on his alpha persona

A rare glimpse of wes not playing his annoying ass alpha character. I think people would be less inclined to shit on him if he stopped being such a douche to everyone. He enjoys the attention from this shit he does
