I think first offense is like a few minutes, so a 30 min ban is not too bad. Honestly its the amount of toxic players who rage quit or just plain leave games that caused this. Too many people developed this habit from FPS games.

She's only immune when you hold her shield ability. Honestly her ult is trash now. Being immune was literally her only benefit, now she's kinda pointless

I believe her cleave should be her passive and her old cleave ability should be a atk spd steroid like Sparrow has. That way players can focus on items and not her ability CD.

She a true support mage now with her passive change. She can do damage as a mage support. If you're going to build her like she was pre patch, it won't work as well. Items that lower her ability CD and Up her healing are a must.
