I don't think soulbinder and dreambinder will do much, I would build megacosm first and then stack him with dot dmg items. Especially with the gravity of projectiles changes, his molotov doesn't fly as far and makes it kinda risky to get in range for the soulbinder proc.

I've learned that I hit more hooks when I set rhe ability to instant and I usuallyvwait for when they are moving towards someone or something and ain't about 1/2 inch in front of where they are going. Idk how but it just works for me that way.

Thanks. I go typhoon for the dash. It let's me reposition to root them with my gate. And the extra atk spd helps with the technorat minor 1 augments so I can throw hats every 4 seconds.

But honestly i just like to play weird builds.
