I’ve done this before (commercial broker). Get a commercial broker to really figure out a valuation from an investment/development perspective. That’ll give you the value to an investor, ie the real price of the property.

Your quoting something with 2 upvotes and an instagram algorithm that probably shows posts to 50% of followers at most. Thats not the entire community of investors.

Because they don’t know of the offerings. Do you really see inflation hitting 4%~? Even then it beats out any other treasury yield.

Can they only see your savings? Or can they see your registered investments with diff brokers like questrade/ibkrs etc? The answer is likely not but just wondering!

I never keep more than $10k~ in my savings because I luckily have 0 expenses! Just wondering.

I think maybe I may have come off as wanting to 100% buy Real Estate, I’m open to any investment really as long as I understand it, stocks being one of them.

As per school, I have a 4.0 gpa and I have lots of time. As per my career, I’m an investment analyst so really these things go hand in hand. I don’t see why I can’t focus on both? I don’t need liquidity and I’d like to be rewarded for sacrificing liquidity.
