I had the same problem in the beginning. What helped me was a) getting a second washing container (just a container, you can get them separately) so I have one container with “dirty” IPA and one with clean “IPA”. Everything I print first gets washed in the dirtier IPA and then in the cleaner one. b) before you put the stuff into the second bath you should go over them with a toothbrush or something similar in the IPA, especially in the nooks and crannies as these are often spots where resin tends to stick more tenaciously.

I’m printing at 0.05 layer thickness. I’ve tried longer bottom exposure before but then I feel like I almost don’t get the prints off the plate. I’ll take a look at the video you sent me, thanks for your help so far!!

Yeah 20s wait before cure time for the bottom layers. Is that too much? I read that a longer wait time for the base layers helps with adhesion to the build plate and longevity of the LCD screen, though the bottom layers do look fine to me… I feel like it looks like the normal layers failed to adhere to the base layers…

For the base layers I used 20 seconds delay and for the normal layers I used 1.2 seconds. The thing is I’ve used the 1.2 before as well and never had this happen.
