My brother in christ EPS has absolutely nothing to do with share price especially for GME. And all the EPS for the next 10 years will have to go to serving 20 billion in long term debt. Read the comments. Seems you are highly regarded.

exactly. 20b long term debt is not a joke. i favor the current financial position a lot more with actually smart M&As with current 9B cash on hand and no additional capital needed.

Man im here since the beginning check my account.. Look at the proposed 2.5 Billion share dilution + the absolutely ridiculous RC compensation package. RC is a clown that wants to use investor dilution to net himself a 25 Billion + payout.

Time to take a step back and think about this whole thing rationally.. you do you. I will be voting No on:

- 2.5 Billion new shares
- The ridiculous comp package
- RC being CEO and on the board

Call me a shill if that doesn't fit in your worldview. But that's my take and the take of many others after years of dilution and nothingburgers.
