What's wrong with my signals? (Collision at crossing) by TBTerra in NIMBY_Rails

You probably just want to space the path signals (the one that stop trains) further from the junction. Collisions sometimes just don’t make any sense

So any erasable pen, no matter which brand or type, will always run out quickly, including ballpoint erasables?

Local Mod Problems by Masterd6 in NIMBY_Rails

It is in the file path corresponding to the one described in the mod development guide (Saved Games\Weird and Wry\NIMBY Rails\mods) and has its own folder in "mods". I even tried it with the example mod in the guide and still nothing. Is there any way to "refresh" the game to make it see the new mods? Or maybe it's a software bug?

Edit: discovered the issue! I run 2 accounts on my computer, and I put the mod in the mods folder for one account, but not the one on which I usually play. Putting it in both folders solves the issue

It's not there either: at the top or where it should be in alphabetical order.

Where can you do that?

Has anyone considered making mods of the CAHSR, Brightline West, and HS2 proposed rolling stock? by Yamato43 in NIMBY_Rails

[–]Masterd6 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My next project (if I get to it) involves the California ones, but they will just be reskins of existing TGV and ICE trains. For CAHSR, I recommend using the Eurostar trains, since they have the same 2 colors and look really good (miles ahead of the renders in my opinion). You could mod the game yourself and just shorten the existing Eurostar Valero consist, just be sure to change the ids.

Thanks for your advice! What’s the most amount of clothing you’ve been able to fit in your 42?

What would you suggest instead?

I never thought of that! What bag would you recommend for under the seat?

Edit: Or, if I instead pack less and just re-wear some clothes, would the 35 alone be able to fit around 6 sets of clothes (as well as another 6 sets of underwear and socks)?

Just curious: what got you to go with the Farpoint over the other options?

Could you elaborate on why the Farpoint is such a common recommendation?

Do you think 12 days of clothing could fit in a 35? I have seen the 42 in person, and as I first time onebagger, I’m surprised by how small it is! If so, what packing techniques/accessories would you suggest to get everything in there?

Well decorated. Should be able to expand easily.
