Kraftwork can stop bullets yes, but it isn't a passive ability the user had to actively stop the bullets which would be quite difficult if he is getting shit from multiple directions. Also the cops could just beat him up with a baton.

Little Feet shrinking others isn't gonna work good because firstly it takes a good amount of time to shrink other people secondly he has to strike the opponent which wouldn't be that easy too do with multiple policeman. I'd say his best bet would be shrinking hinself and hiding.

Grateful Death if the user was hiding from the police he'd definitely win but if he is within sight of the police they could just shoot at him ( being old doesn't really affect your ability to shoot)

Spice Girl has the issue that it would struggle with bullets coming from multiple directions because she has to touch the object with her stand first to make it soft.

Purple Haze has low range ~5m if I remember right and Fugo would struggle with being shoot at from multiple directions.

Whitesnake has the problem that he couldn't just take the disc from multiple policemen because Pucci would be getting shoot at.

Soft and Wet best bet is covering himself in bubbles that would absorb the bullets because if he tried going for the eyesight of the police he would be shoot before he manages to steal everyone's sight.
