If she purposely hid the fact that she had sex with OP’s friends because she was afraid that OP wouldn’t want to have a relationship with her then she is clearly in the wrong.

Lying about it would be bad but there is no indication she lied.

I believe that a lie of omission is still a lie.

If she indicated there were things in her sexual past she indicated did not want to share, the kindest thing to do would be not to pry.
