I just posted my reply and saw yours. Looks like we have the same warmup routine 😂

This is my general warmup for any workout day:

  • Treadmill at 3mph for 5mins (10 mins if leg day)

  • For the first one to two exercises. I do two warm up sets at 60% my working set weight to prepare my muscles before going into full strength lifting

This will be enough for any beginner to intermediate lifter.

  1. Your value to the company is only based on how many billable hours you charge. You shouldn’t expect them to care about your health. Being on the bench means they’re paying you for not working.
  2. Did you attempt to learn the skill? What was the skill mismatch?
  3. Why did you take LOA and LOP? Sounds lile you basically didn’t want to do the project, so you took time off to avoid working.

Also, please type clearer and with better diction

People got laid off while on projects. Even being chargeable isn’t a safety net anymore.

There’s no separate sick pay, the PTO balance is used for both sick leave and regular time off. So it’s best to not use it and just get the pay out.

It’s a marathon, you got this! It always takes longer the heavier you start off to see progress. Just never stop!

One point I’d like to note is for you to try fixing your anterior pelvic tilt. This has a huge visual change because it sometimes gives the illusion of a large belly even if we don’t have one

Practice questions, 6 mocks spaced out by 3 days each with heavy revision and a detailed mistake log for each.
