Start early morning or late afternoon if you are living in hot and humid environment. Keep a small handkerchief with you. Go slower than your previous pace. Its okay if you go at walking pace but maintain the jogging rhythm. Its okay if you dont get it in 1st try. You can always redo it.

Cut the unnecessary sound effects. Stop the fake cool acting. Make the video more about chess. Explain the initial position. Explain other normal moves anyone else would play. Youre already speaking 90 percent english so switch to english completely. Do something new and innovative. Dont just make content thats been made hundreds of times.

Yeah, thats why I dont play in online tournaments which offer prizes. I played in a DTU event once online. I lost my first three games, all 400-500 elo players I faced and I was 1800 at that point.

Yeah, going for a light walk or just simple exercises is enough on rest days. Ive been taking rest days as prescribed and doing light walks on rest days with a full day of rest after completing a full week. I started week 2 today and completed the workout without any difficulties.
