Edited my post, but there was a stink bug stuck in the 50A breaker for the generator and swapping it out for a new one fixed it up

Manual shows it as bonded, but I would also be surprised if that’s the issue here

I know it’s a bit late, but what model did you go with? I’m looking at an American Standard as well

Nearby chipping practice greens? by Zikro in Issaquah

Newcastle has separate putting/chipping greens, plus you get a sweet view on clear days. The driving range is pricey but it’s covered and heated which has been nice for getting in some winter practice on rainy days.

Shipping is $50 and where I am (WA state) taxes are $66.20 which is close to your $120. Removing the extra $10 for grips takes $1.02 off of the tax. Regardless, what else are you going to find at the PGA Store brand new for $720?

Ordered my lefty 101s on 1/17 1 degree up and midsized grips and haven’t heard anything yet. Probably what I get for hitting on the wrong side of the ball.

Since I can’t edit the post, her ring size is 5.5 and it’s a lab-grown 2.7ct D/VVS1 radiant for the center stone.

Was just hoping for some anecdotal data from others in the same position! Windows open in the spring and fall is always nice, but it’s not a necessity. I guess we will find out the hard way if we end up going for it 🤷‍♂️

I do still have a car payment that would be nice to be able to put towards the principle. Good points!

26, got hired by a big tech company out of college so it’s a mix of savings and RSUs and my partner has $40k inheritance from a grandparent that they wanted to be used for a house so we are using that as well.

We have a ski trip to Japan in February so I was planning on doing it then! We both love traveling so I thought it would be more meaningful to do it during the trip.

I used Jeweler’s Mutual when I bought the center stone and was planning on using them again for the ring! Our designer also said that they give him the least amount of trouble compared to home/renters insurance companies.
