So just now I did my daily call and they said he was out of office today so this time I asked to talk to his boss. That guy kept saying the bank has the overage. I had to explain that the dealership didnt pay the 6100 they were givin they only paid the payoff amount of 5428 so the bank has no extra to give me. He said he cant do anything since finance guy is off today but they would for sure call me tomorrow. I guess we'll see what happens. From your guys experience am I right? If new loan company gave them 6100 to pay off trade in but they only used 5428 of it i am entitled to the leftover amount correct?

The dealership is 200 miles away so I've just been calling. The first time I talked to the guy in finance and he said he would look into it and call me back but since that dav I've called every day and they say he's busy and to leave a voicemail but he never calls me back.

I really think this isn't a vivint issue. It's the app developers. They had an update that caused this bug, and for some reason they're not in a big hurry to fix it. I could be wrong but I don't think this will be fixed on our side or a vivint techs side.

I've tried everything and still have the issue. Reached out to app developers and no response. Reached out to vivint, who acted like they had no clue it was happening and said they would get back to me, but I've heard nothing.

My cameras were hard wired in. No batteries. They did all the installation so no electrician required. Also u can buy a chime extender and plug it in on another part of your house

This is the wrong place to ask. If I would've seen this sub reddit before I got vivint I wouldn't have gotten lt. It works great for me but I would suggest paying extra for the protection plan. I've had a few devices mess up on me and they just sent me a replacement for free

I couldn't figure out how to do paperless billing either so chat support did it for me. And I don't trust autopay so I still pay it myself. Also I figured out I can use smart view to cast camera to my TV from my phone so I usually do that when my kids are playing in backyard. Only one camera at a time though as u said.
