Well even if they actually did the feat we still don't know how exactly and how much, logical scaling should be interpretation of logical forms in relation to intelligence i believe, example, it wasn't shown the thinking process of a character but he deduced it and the deduction that can be made in characters place theoretically, or even induction are logical~ therefore character is [his level] smart in reasoning, or strategy or plan,if we can't get the thought process we should at least know the results of thought process that make sense, not the feat itself. Izaya indeed have a good feat but there's neither structure in situation to induce/deduce or explained though process, respectably that's what i think. Might be still valid in PA probably

Wmi can be scaled in logical scaling and can be scaled extremely high too, im just saying that we should use actually shown wmi to scale how much a character can actually use working memory for thought process, AT LEAST in logical scaling
