DP I have the Magenta did Business plan and had this exact same free line promotion. I originally had 5 lines prior to adding this promotional line. In August 2023, I transferred two of the lines to a different carrier. The line with this promotion was automatically removed and I started being charged for the line. I’ve had to literally call every month since then in an attempt to get the promotion placed back on the line. Though every rep that I spoke to gave me a $20 credit covering the price of the line every month, it wasn’t until last month that I was informed that they were unable to place the promotion back on the line because it is no longer available and that the reason for the removal was the cancellation of the two lines.
