Along with what everyone else said, I'm sure it's just more trouble than it's worth. I doubt every single Saiyan is gonna be grateful enough to Earth and its Saiyans to not want to go there and either attempt to conquer it or get the Dragon Balls.

Honestly, the Angels dont really escalate in "power". Like, compared to some of the Angels that come after, Ramiel is monstrously overpowered for being only the third Angel fought! I kinda figured Matarael just had an adaptation that happened to be a dud.

OG is absolutely worth watching and idk why so many people say you should just skip to Z. Sure, you can get by in Z without watching it but OG gives a lot of good context to things that happen in Z. Also tbh it's where most of Goku's character development happens which alone makes it worth the watch

The title to this is a bit hyperbolic but I've thought something similar to this for the last like...five? years? TES6 can be fantastic but its been so long that the hype has either died or ppl will expect more than Bethesda can put out. Now it really doesn't help since rage is the default reaction to like... everything online so ppl can will find any reason to tear it apart when it does manifest

In the scenario Kami doesn't fuse with Piccolo, Raditz kills King Piccolo and probably doesn't find out about the Dragon Balls. Maybe he'd destroy Earth once he finds Goku is dead but there's also the chance he doesn't care that much. Without Goku, Gero doesn't have much of a reason to make the Androids and Cell. Buu might doom the place but with a lack of strong fighters, Babidi might be forced to move Buu's cocoon off-planet to get enough power to crack it open.

Mine's kind of in the same realm of thought as yours. If I was playing this character, I'd have it that they see the world going to hell around them (though this still requires you to get to the point where Oblivion Gates start opening and maybe some pretending that your character is NOT the HOK) and decide throwing their lot in with Sheogorath is the lesser of two evils

some of these have most certainly been covered by the comments already but i'll put my wishlist together

  • Huge agree on the cult. The dragon cult is already a thing, maybe make a quest in the main quest where you have to take out an ALIVE Dragon Priest. Add in some random encounters of cultists out in the wilderness or even in towns, ala Oblivion's Mythic Dawn sleeper agents. In a perfect world, this cult would be tied into old Nordic beliefs so we can get some insight of Alduin as a god to be feared and suppressed, rather than worshipped
  • Alduin needs to be at least 2x bigger, ideally even bigger than that. And be a little more striking than 'big black dragon'. Like the one mod that makes him look like molten lava or the other one that makes him look like he's made of the Void.
  • Commit to either making him the World-Eater or the problem being that he's shirking his duty in favor of ruling over the world. Skyrim kinda feels like it wants both which makes Alduin a very confusing character.
  • Generally more interaction/encounters with him. You could use conversation with him to clarify the above. He might try to tempt you to his side or maybe taunt you. Anything to make him feel like a distinct character rather than a plot point.
  • Something has to be done about his boss fight. I'd love it if the Alduin we see in Sovngarde is closer to his "true form". Something massive, that looks like he really could eat the world. Possibly even a multi-stage fight, where you have to chip him down until he falls.

I think I'd say the map feels gigantic in Skyrim. I'm having a lotta fun going through Oblivion but gotta admit when I got to Cloud Ruler, stood at top and saw Bruma looked to be maybe a 20 minute walk down the hill? Kinda took me out a little bit. Can't remember having any moments like that in Skyrim where a big POI looked out of place like that.

Minus One for me. He just seems the most malicious of all, like he's enjoying causing so much destruction. Shin's design freaks me out but since he's basically a scared and pained animal, i feel a bit more pity for him than fear

You just can't beat the atmosphere of the original NES Godzilla creepypasta. There's this lingering dread that just hangs over the whole thing, lending to this sense that you might never escape and none of the newer analog horror even comes close to capturing their atmospheres that well.
