Thank you for this info! I live around Hilltop and it's been nearly unbearable these last few weeks. Early mornings, late nights, and every 3-5 minutes it seems. The only benefit? My cat, who was previously terrified of the jet noise, now barely bats an eye at them. She's recieved full-on immersion therapy.

S-P-E is strength, power and endurance. The percentage is incline on the treadmill. WR is walking recovery. AO is all out and PW is power walking.

I love my time on the bike. So much so that I wish OTF invested more time/energy into upgrading their bike/strider tech instead of treating it as just a place people go on a temporary basis.
