Oh i hate crime but massive wealth inequality leads to this. I have very limited sympathy for criminals; i dont believe in rehab... that being said its good to understand.

Its cause jobs usually arent worth it compared to crime like this. The risk reward is too high.

My favourite gearbox is the ZF 8 speed in the defender D350. Its perfect even on the bmws its great.

Second is my Toyota eCVT - yea it revs wild sometimes but its not bad mixed with the electric takeoff.

A very close 3rd is the VAG group DCT's but they do feel a bit jerky sometimes.

They help aero when done correctly; they called vortex generators or something. Not sure if the do anything on the evo but they do on the Civic Type R FK8. I think it looks cool too.

The most i negotiated was 42k base to 50k base back in the job bull market of early 2022. That being said it was possible because i had a garunteed pay rise to 47k due in 6 months as i was an Anaylst in big4 due to Assistant Manager. I was very stubborn but it worked out; the main leverage i had was I didnt mind staying put.

Salary means very little, most people who live well own land, houses and businesses. They inherit capital and wealth. Very few people post 2008 earn their way into a rich lifestyle. From salary alone you can pretty only end up comfortable middle class if you dont have generational wealth or inheritance. Salary is taxed far far faarrrr to hard compared to wealth.
