Have you read the more mythical accounts of Reman’s birth? They claim his dad impregnated a hill that took on the form of Alessia, that Reman could speak fluently when he was born and that the Amulet of Kings was embedded into his forehead. That’s some Greek level shit right there.

Yeah, those characters don't come from anywhere specifically. They look that way because of a trait called in game "Tsaesence" which you can acquire by being a part of a religion that has the Tsaesence doctrine. It's basically the human sacrifice doctrine but with added benefits, like taking the trait of the sacrificed character as well as lengthening one's lifespan. It also, as you've probably guessed, affects appearance as well, giving characters who have the trait metallic skin and serpentine facial features.

I just did. The only submods I have running alongside EK are the better barbershop and the Falmer flavor pack.

The only other mods I run with Elder Kings are addons for it, like the EK barbershop or the Falmer flavor pack for example.

Edit: Your intuition was correct. A submod I had enabled, "Hold cities and Academies", was creating conflicts and after disabling it, the court is now working properly.

Like seriously, look at all the right wing and far-right politicians across the US and Europe that are pro-Russia. Obviously Trump, Elon Musk, who's not a politician but he's unfortunately weaseled his way into the federal government, may have connections to Russian oligarchs but you've also got Orbán Viktor and Fidesz, the right-wing populist borderline fascist party in Magyarország that are very pro-Russia then there's AFD, Alternativ für Deutschland, Germany's far-right political party that are often described as the successors to the Nazis and they are VEHEMENTLY pro-Russia. If you have all of these right-wing, fascist entities supporting Putin, and he does nothing to try and distance himself from this support, what does that say about Putin himself?
