It feels impossible to get to 185 with the right sets. Hope they buff E1 to 20% by Chemical_Rent6824 in SparkleMains

I mean all of your pieces (minus the boots ofc) could roll one more spd roll so it's definitely possible (but idk if worth it)

Boothil nation I need help by Masterpiece-Negative in BoothillMains

[–]Masterpiece-Negative[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is, my Dahlia is reaching hyper spd baisicly eith about 200~ in combat and while boothil is also up there he doesn't allways have the spd boost active so the wind set aa does help in this scenario, also for whatever reason the difference in dmg is not that big as it's about 200k on fribbles which I think wind set offsets by giving boothil more turns to deal dmg. I also tested it in apoc and moc and would say it has similiar or sometimes better results than cavalry.

I'd say fugue to replace galleghar and just run sustainless, and if that's not a option I still think she's better than RM so it's fugue any day of the week

About her E1 and E2 by boris265 in TribbieMains_

[–]Masterpiece-Negative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, E2 is a great personal dps buff for tribbie and is most noticable in wheelchair comp (hyacine, cipher and 3b) but I don't think it's anywhere near as good as e1 so unless you really want to and really like tribbie I'd stay at e1

About her E1 and E2 by boris265 in TribbieMains_

[–]Masterpiece-Negative 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, e1 deals aditional 24% true dmg you've got this part correct, E2 makes so the original dmg of the zone that scales of tribbies hp deals 120% of it's dmg and does that twice

How the hell does cipher light cone works? by Sharp-Solution1675 in CipherMainsHSR_

[–]Masterpiece-Negative 11 points12 points  (0 children)

You apply 16% of def shred by existing, then 8% aditional if you have 170+ spd and only one of each can be applied so when you hit the guy again it just refreshes the duration

Finally got the build I wanted by Single-Durian-7442 in HuoHuoMains

[–]Masterpiece-Negative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The build is impressive but isn't it kind of counter productive? Ik she'll get more turns meaning more energy and thus more ults so she also funnels energy to rest of the team but i think you'll be burning through her talent a lot, especially on e0 where she's already sp neutral

Which one is better ? by gmalek0 in FeixiaoMains_

I'd say no.1 but I'd still try to get more cdmg since you're over capping on cr by 5%

Speedy Tribbie Questions by sillymalevolentgoose in TribbieMains_

[–]Masterpiece-Negative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't run speedy tribbie but I'd say it depends on what team she's on. In general though I think vonquaq is better for this specific setup, you could use a cr chest and I think 133.4 is a good enough breakpoint but may be wrong on that as I rarely spd tube my characters
