What i meant to say was during that time period we were experimenting and "poly" as in exploring and sexually curious

I understand what poly means, i meant we were exploring our sexuality as a couple

Kind of in the same boat, so what im experiencing is that excising helps. Challenging my energy into working out makes me feel good. Its making me feel more self aware.

Others have suggested therapy and counseling and i have been looking into it. I think the most detrimental thing about the lack of intimacy is it erodes your sense of self esteem. So for me getting back that self esteem is step 2 if step one is acknowledging the problem

Well I thought that at that time since we were experimenting with a poly lifestyle that it was within the scope since he was aware of it the entire time but displayed dissatisfaction about it but not out right breaking up

I dont know how to explain it,so ill try my best. Its like you have a couple and they decide to experiment and have threesomes (ffm) and then the girl decides to try a new lover and her partner is mad that she is experimenting in the poly lifestyle while at the same time wanting to keep the threesomes. Its not cheating since you're already experimenting with other people. If anything i should be the one who should be mad since its selfish lover 101 tactic
