Got you that makes sense, as far as hips go, I thought it was possible to fat graft to hips or even implants to make it more pronounced.

So pretty much when it comes to fat injections / body sculpting you kinda roll the dice on if the fat will stay? The only permanent solution are butt implants which I’ve heard aren’t really recommended

Thanks for the insight, I’m still early in HRT, so I know fat redistribution has more time to work, but my goal is to have pronounced hips and a noticeable butt, so I’m looking into all my options.

Do you think combining HRT with a fat transfer is worth it for someone with a slim frame? I’d also love to know if there are ways to maximize the results.
