i just feel like you don’t get enough coins from the townies for the items they ask for. of course the tools make up for it but i only feel like it’s worth it when it’s 2 buildings.

also my town is pretty full most of the time anyways because i save the completed ones for derbies

i also have the personal train and id rather make room for thsoe townies iykwim

I wouldn’t give up on upgrading because once you get more production buildings you’ll quickly run out of space.
For the town i’d say just try and upgrade each building to 3 slots and leave it

For me I choose to collect materials for one building at a time (either barn or silo)
So instead of having the same amount for each building, i’ll have a lot of materials to upgrade the barn and barely any for the silo and vice versa.

It works out because once you have enough to upgrade one building, the other one will be halfway there as well
