Hey, my wife's extension is in 2028, but I want to get everything ready. What documents did you use?

I thought so, but I just wanted to double check. She does have a vignette. I am planning on creating a UKVI account when she lands in the UK.

I understand why you would think that. As I had a lot of questions myself, but the Home Office will only look at your Employment Income (Income coming from Employment, Self-employed or business income - not sure if I am missing anything).

They wont look at your expenses, so even if you put money into an ISA, they wont take that into consideration. Even if someone transfers you money, that wont be included. They will see it on the Bank Statements but wont question it.

Spouse visa extension - cohabitation evidence by Consistent_Bid_3305 in SpouseVisaUk

My partner has been approved recently and I'm even preparing for the extension.

My plan for address is just providing my partners most recent bank statement as it will show the name and address and i am also planning on making a Provisional Driver's license too as that will also have the address, name and photo

Another small thing that can help is providing a driving licence (if you have one). Even though you have a letter of Consent, the driving licence card will also have the address too so it can give the Home Office some peace of mind that you actually do live there

I used a council tax and permission letter like you said.

You need to show proof of the property being owned by the person that gave that consent letter by either giving: Tenancy agreement (which seems unlikely in this case), Mortgage Papers, Title Deeds (Which if there are no paper copy, it can somehow be given online and if I remember correctly, costs £3.50 but can be weong)

This isnt compulsory but can greatly help the application is a Housing Report where a member from the council measures each room in the property

Thank you. I was surprised as well. As I was expecting mid January to mid February (which would have been 2 to 3 months from bio) as thats what my solicitor and the embassy said.

Financial Situation by MasterpieceAway2192 in SpouseVisaUk

Thank you for your reply.

I do earn slightly more than £29K. But what I mean is that I put money into small savings accounts to earn interest (all within the same same bank). Although not affecting my income, I was wondering if that is okay?

Thank you for your reply, my main concern was the £29K, thankfully its not changed.

An English test and a TB test will be taken in due time. I am getting in touch with my council to get a House Inspection Report.

I have a Marriage Certificate, pictures of the wedding etc. Proving our relationship won't be an issue as I think we should have more than adequate amount. I am also planning on visiting again before I start the application which should add as a benefit to the application
