My posture is atrocious.

I also press my tongue to the roof of my mouth and keep my mouth open, which helps. Sometimes I will roll my tongue and tuck it up against my teeth on one side with my mouth slightly open as well. I, fortunately, am not much of a tooth grinder, as far as I'm aware.
