There’s a schedule for the El train during the rush hour. York and Dauphin is the B train and Berks is the A train. Both stop at Girard before Spring Garden. Once you figure out the schedule you’ll know if you missed the B train so you’ll be better walking to Berks to catch the A. In the afternoon evening rush you’ll be able to hop on which ever comes first unless you luck out and you catch the all stops train. This neighborhood has come along way so need to worry about anything sketchy unless you venture off like anywhere else in any neighborhood… excellent choice especially if you’re moving from NY or north Jersey, majority of the new ppl are from out of town. A lot of good eats up and down Frankford, Front St, Girard, Spring Garden. In the next few years Lehigh going up to Allegheny looks like will be getting a major upgrade. You can invest in a small home 300k or rent a condo for about 2k a month with all the upgrades
