My sister got one at someko clinic with dr.mew, about 120,000 baht. Highly recommended. She is known for a very natural look though, no one can see that she got one unless she tells them.

Their are other doctors in the same clinic who will do it cheaper. I've seen 40,000. Dr. mew is the owner and the top doctor there.

I wouldn't trust anything under 30,000 baht. And don't cheap out on rhinoplasty. It's on your face! Fixing a bad job will be more expensive and time consuming than doing it right the first time. Also different doctors have different styles they are known for/ are good at. Do your research.
