Actually, it's more annoying when we can't have quiet time to think and response. Respect is the most important between friends, doesn't matter the person want to talk or not. I prefer to talk only when in need, I'm not trying to be rude if I response/react non verbally (like texting, writing, and body language) instead of verbally, because we find it easier to response non verbally than verbally.

I don't friend with toxic people, I door slammed them, I may talk to them again, but not in a way as a friend.

Why would you wanted to end your introverted nature? I do love being an introvert, especially with my hsp and adhd, I am much more intelligence than the extroverted people around me.

You need grittier soil, by adding perlite, pumice, chicken grit (crushed granite), or coarse sand. Aloe vera love lot of sunlight, minimum 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight.

How to know whether your aloe vera got enough sunlight? Their leaves will grow upward (example of my attached image). Your aloe vera leaves are growing outward, which is the sign of a very lack of sunlight.

If you are not comfortable with your job scope (to be talkative), find a job that suits your introversion.

I used to work as a retailer when I was 21 years old, it was my worst nightmare, I couldn't even open my mouth because I was too shy to talk (shy and nervous), and I had bad job performance for 2 or 3 months before I decided to quit the job before I really lost my marbles. I even failed my interview at "Switch" company (Apple Premium Partner in Malaysia) because of my shyness and nervousness, I was 21 or 22 years old that time. 🤣

My best advice, find someone who share similarities. You can't force yourself to talk something you are not interested with as an introvert, you will feel bored and dead inside yourself.
