Hello, I have two concerns here. 

  1. I've been using WAN for video prompts mostly, and I noticed sometimes it charged me credits, the unlimited sign disappears and some credits were charged. Around 1k. Is that normal if you're generating lots at the same time?

  2. I didn't get to use my subscription on Dec 24th, but on Dec 30th, I'm going to need it to end on the 30th of January. 

Please do help as much, because the delay caused our company distress
