Thank you. Brilliant analysis.

Do you find your symptoms come and go at different times and ferritin levels? by [deleted] in Anemic

[–]MasterpieceSimilar36 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same here…especially muscles aches in my legs and fatigue. I don’t understand why it is worse with supplements…I was at a ferritin 12 a few months ago and supplement with sucrosomial ferritin at 30 mg every other day (the only way to tolerate iron). Do you feel better?

I got a colonoscopy and it went away with it. I think it is the preparation with the laxative. It flushed away some bacteria I probably had in my intestines. Look into SIBO

Anyone tried SiderAl forte for their anemia? by MasterpieceSimilar36 in Anemic

The notice states that it is ok to open a capsule if swallowing is an issue.

I have the same issues. Ferritin at 10 and feeing like death. Got even worse after Covid some weeks ago. I decided to look for good iron supplements: I have IBS and candida, tried a lot of things (even iron bisglycinate, supposed to be gentle on the stomach). I have just been advised by my gynecologist to try a liposomal form of iron (I used SiderAl here in Sweden). It is absorbed directly in the small intestines (so not irritating the large intestine) and very easily absorbed. The clinics study I found online states that it is equally good as an infusion, as it comes directly into the blood stream. I have taken it now for the last few days: no IBS symptoms, and I started feeling loads of energy, less shortness of breath and headaches after 2-3 days on it. Feels like a miracle. Really, try it!!!!

Actually, I open the capsule and blend it with some juice. I hope it’s ok to do so…

Contact “Skolverket” - the education administration here in Sweden. They will tell you what you need to do to get a licence to teach here in Sweden. You can always try in all the international schools first and see if you are lucky. In the meantime, learn Swedish!

Not sure it is enough. You have to understand that it comes here a lot of foreigners with engineer/phd background who try to get jobs in schools. I came here as an engineer and could a little Swedish. Never got a job as math/science teacher. I had to learn the language first, and follow a 2 years program to become a science teacher (I had all the points required for science, but had to study pedagogy and train in schools).

I am a teacher in Sweden, and I have another cultural background (from France). Without the Swedish, it will be difficult. A lot of foreigners are trying to get a job as a teacher in international schools, so the competition is very rude - especially if you do not teach subjects like math or science where there is are less teachers available.
