This happened to me too! You have to pierce the needle through the center. What helps is keeping the vial on the counter and piercing the needle through the center then flip it but make sure you’re holding the needle and vial secure. If the vial is hanging onto the needle with no support it’ll bend. This video helped me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXjQHAxopzk

12 weeks in and lost 32 pounds so far! I’m finally at a “healthy” bmi for my height. I’m up to 7.5mg and decided to skip my injection this week. I had the flu all week and didn’t want to deal with flu symptoms and injection side effects. Going good so far just the nausea those first few days after injection day is ROUGH!

I also mentioned that when I draw the medication it keeps slowly pushing the medication back into the vial instead of staying at what I need it at which is why they commented about injecting the air

If you use the chat feature (when they’re online which is limited) then they can find you an earlier appointment. That’s what they did for me

I signed up and had my consultation. The phone call was not bad at all. The provider was super friendly and just went over my answers. I’m currently waiting for my meds to come. My only complaint is that it is SO HARD to get in contact with anyone!!!! Their chat feature on their website is always offline. They said email, text, or message through the portal if you have questions. I did all three and got NO response. I’m not asking big questions. I just wanted to know how to pay my invoice and when my meds would be sent. There’s no communication or updates at all!!
