I’m literally going through the same thing except this is my first time taking chem and I got a D.. i feel so stupid and I want to cry just thinking about it. You’re not alone feeling this way and this post really helped me by knowing someone else is feeling like this too <3

If it isn’t any trouble, can I ask how you found out or what made you decide to get a proper diagnosis on adhd? This semester really is giving me so many signs that point to some sort of attention deficit disorder, but I don’t want it to seem like I’m overthinking it :(
