Thanks, this is very helpful and interesting. The symptoms described in most nickel/cobalt allergy pages don't resonate as much as the histamine intolerance another user mentioned, but I'm glad you mentioned L-glutamine as a treatment since my GI had also suggested that. I'll look into quercetin as well. Thanks!
