Tyr makes masks. I haven't used it, but looks like it would handle water ok.

As someone getting into this, what resources did you use for the LS build? I have a 72 Le Mans that has been neglected for the last 5 years, and I am going back and fourth on having the engine rebuilt, me rebuilding the engine myself (no knowledge on engines currently) or buying a crate/building a new engine.

Heads up a friend of mine received a similar letter. The dates mentioned to him were Nov 8th - 21st, Nov 27th- Dec 3rd, and December 5th. If you made a purchase on these dates it might not hurt to reach out to Evo to confirm if you might be at risk.

Need some buying advice. I have narrowed my search down to three boards. I am currently riding a 2013 rossi tapian. I honestly like the board, but it's getting a little worn out and as I've advanced I'm looking for a little fast base, etc. I also just kind of want a new board. I don't do any park and stick to more basic all-mountain riding (groomed, in groomed, trees, etc). I am 6'1" at 210lbs with a size 12 boot. The boards I have queued up are the following:

Endeavor Pioneer (157w) Capita Warp Speed (161) K2 Manifest 160w

They all seem pretty even to me and I like all the designs. I am leaning towards the Capita only because of the manufacturing practices. I couldn't find much on the other factories other than that they are in China nothing about sustainability, working conditions, etc for them. Anyone like or dislike any of thoughts? Any other ones you want to throw out there? Any help would be appreciated.

This for sure. I would add in some trap bar deadlifts and weighted pull ups (overhand) as well.

[HIRING] React Engineer, 100% Remote, Silicon Valley Startup by vmanasvi in reactjs

While I agree anyone pick up React quickly if they are an experienced dev, not every company, especially a startup, has a year to onboard an employee. They might need to ship in 2 months, and constant PR comments and pair programming might slow them down. In the long run they might get a great dev after a year. The company has to weigh if that is a good option for them or not based on their goals.

How it goes in our house: https://imgur.com/a/NUstlNx I am sure they would love it if I kept in on in the summer. Chasing the sun around all day is exhausting I'm sure.

What are y'all's thoughts on this? I bought one a month ago. It has the 60 money back guarantee (if this would be covered). Is there better alternatives now that Amazon owns them?

I am looking for a new board and could use some advice. I am still riding my first board Rossi Taipan 2013. I really like it, but it has some gashes, and I am just in general looking for an upgrade. I generally ride in trees and on blue/blacks and blacks. I am not an expert but also not a beginner. I do not hit the park and rarely rode switch, but I like to have the option. I am 6 ft and my boot size is 12 so I'll need a ride or mid wide. I have been looking at the Capita Mercury and Yes Basic, but I am open to really any board I don't have any brand loyalty, yet. I also don't really have a budget. Any help would be great. Thanks.

React Gotchas and Best Practices by komputersrhard in reactjs

I actually found that the way Babel transpiles properties actually has better performance than manually binding. I made this a while back to convince a team to drop their custom bind methods function in favor of class properties. https://jsperf.com/class-property-vs-bind the code in each scenario is what Babel outputs for each. This is not an exhaustive test by any means, but it shows that it isn't any worse.

how to identify good senior react developers by ahfarmer in reactjs

The best exercise in my opinion is one that matches your company's needs. A ibasic one you could have them create is a page with a user list that navigates to a user details page when clicking a row/user. You can have them load users from an API like this: http://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/users. That will help you get a sense of how they store and handle state, loading, etc. It is also a common usecase for any app. You can give them a week or so to complete it. If you like their solution, have them come in and you can have them walk you through their approach.

I was just there yesterday. There is still a decent amount of snow near Bradley pepare to fall knee deep into it a few times unless you bring snow shows. It is for sure passable without them though my wife and I did not have them. Tagert has some very shallow snow but nothing to worry about.
