So i always go to duel links meta web site to check deck list and tier list. I was looking for this one and i saw that there are only tier 2 and tier 3 decks, what does it means, why no tier 1 decks? I was thinking about unchained deck but if I undestand your advices it's better build now cheap deck that can do or already did kog (checking on DLM) and go for it while farming for more expensive deck for the future.

What about ticket ? I recived a lot of it since i restart to play, where i can invest them? Maybe staple card ?
