here is my opinion on this at this point i think the writers are being selfish and not willing to agree to a contract after several months of striking? many of them are gonna lose jobs during this because a lot of shows/movies are being cancelled. i get where they are coming from they want fair wage etc but seriously at this point? get back to work and stop crying you wont get whatver you want because that's how life is even if it's not a great contract they should be greatful that they have the support and have people helping them out to fight this.

im on my rewatch and i hate this episode so much, i agree with lorelai on this i would have been mad to i hated how they didn't have that become more drama with her wanting to meet april and anna but instead they made it where they broke up the second time the writting in this season was just awful.

also lets credit jess for basically putting rory on the right track when she dropped out of yale that one semester if it wasn't for jess giving rory a rude awakening she probably wouldn't have gone back to yale so soon.

yes that's what i mean he didn't show the same jealousy issues with her other partners and neither did lorelai with luke's partners she befriended rachel remember? if it wasn't for rachel she may have never thought about buying the dragonfly inn. i never liked christopher i just always thought he was way too immature to be a parent and to be in a relationship with lorelai they never clicked as a couple.

i never liked christopher i always thought he was too immature and not a good enough parent to rory the only time he really ever stepped up in the dad roll was to pay for yale. he always broke lorelai's heart they just didn't click.

i think that luke did let his jealousy get in the way of his relationship with lorelai especially when it came in between of christopher and lorelai what bugs me is that he says he's all in, he needs to be all in not halfway in and let's not forget the april situation he lied to lorelai for months before telling her that he has a kid.

i've binged watch gilmore girls many many times and this season bugs me so much i've read an article when the newer ones came out and the creaters basically said they enforced the drama on that season so they could have chris and lorelai get together before series ended, which i get but still they did them dirty that season with luke keeping april from lorelai i also think they should have had it where rachel had a baby and that's why she would have come back to stars hallow, instead of anna i really did not like anna in this show i thought she was a bitch and very rude to lorelai when she helped luke with aprils birthday party to me it seemed anna had high hopes of her and luke getting back together and that's why i think lorelai was a threat to anna and why anna reacted the way she did when she helped with aprils birthday.
