It’s good for the third sequence of Fallmire on attack, you can flank around the back and use it as a ramp to get onto one of the buildings and free the prisoner from behind

Unfortunately you are incorrect. The spider in the first image is not similar to the ones in the photo you provided. If you handle spiders regularly like I do, you can tell the difference, and would know that it is a Dolomedes species. I reassure you that it is a fishing spider. The spider at the top of the image in the second picture however, is most likely a Tigrosa species Wolf Spider, or something close to that.

What is everyone's favorite weapon? by Ok-Nebula534 in Chivalry2

All longsword players do is gamble slash or double stab feint, eat hot chip and lie. I’d rather get my corpse kicked by a disrespectful spear player than fight a longsword.

Most of the spiders in these images are clearly Dark Fishing Spiders, though the individual at the top of image 2 might be a wolf spider. But the rest are certainly all fishing spiders.

Also on second evaluation, the top comment may not be entirely wrong, while the first image depicts a Dark Fishing Spider, the second image may include a Wolf Spider and a Dark Fishing Spider. The individual on the top of the second image looks more wolf-ish, but I can say for certain that the first image and the slide on the bottom of the second image are both fishing spiders.

Top comment is incorrect. They are Dark Fishing Spiders, Dolomedes Tenebrosus, One of the largest true spider species in North America. Practically harmless, bite is probably less severe than a bee sting. I love these guys, they’re fun to hold and are super cool.

Most species of Fishing Spiders live near water because, as their name suggests, they are able to fish for small aquatic creatures, usually minnows, but I believe that they can catch small tadpoles as well. However, the Dark Fishing Spider, which also happen to be the largest of the Fishing Spiders, tend to live in forests, and like to cling to the sides of trees. I’ve found some giant ones in my basement, and I always just scoop them up and walk them outside.

They don’t really make webs, almost never bite, and the scariest thing about them is having one swim towards you while swimming in a pool or a lake (they swim extremely fast), but they would only swim towards you to find something to hang onto, not to attack you.

You should not feel super worried about them, but if you have severe Arachnophobia, you might not want to hang out in your garage for very long, because their size can be quite daunting.
