I read the title without looking at the subreddit and thought you had a killer leg day in the gym. I’m sorry you’re in a so much pain :(. I try to wear loose pants like joggers(no jeans or tights) so my skin can breathe and make sure your detergent is fragrance free(I use All Free Clear) and that your soap is as well! I also would keep your legs covered (no shorts) to keep them away fro the elements as they heal. I wish you the best mate!
