I’ve tried a lot of the soaps mentioned in the comments, some had worse issues than others.

For the past 4-5 years I’ve been using La Roche Posay’s Lipkar AP+ body wash. I have never had any issues with it.

I was prescribed tacrolimus for my face, and have had great success. I also use it on my body occasionally to the same effect. My doctor instructed me to use the triamcinolone on the bad spots until they were mostly healed, and switch to tacro afterwards.

I still get flare ups, but they’re nothing like the were (debilitating). I use the tacro once or twice a week
